Members in team projects often face challenges in building positive relationships, hindering optimal communication and collaboration due to various factors such as conflicting personalities, divergent opinions, lack of trust, communication barriers, and differing work styles. The need for effective conflict resolution has become increasingly evident in today's dynamic academic work setting. Recognizing these factors, the brand, Younite, was developed to revolutionize constructive relationship building.
SOLUTION
Younite presents a game-based platform that offers a unique experience, guiding players through healthy conflict resolution and effective team bonding. Our gameplay prompts individuals to express their concerns, engage in discussions, negotiate, and build strong relationships by cultivating empathy and understanding. Our mission is to create a supportive environment that encourages open expression and collaborative resolution, ultimately enhancing productivity and work output.

Throughout the course of this process, I have actively participated in every step of this project. My primary role involved conducting extensive research and market analysis, including a comprehensive study of competitors. Moreover, I assumed the position of a Strategist, responsible for framing the business strategy, while also actively contributing to the ideation of the game's mechanism.

This project involved building a concept from the ground up, where we delved extensively into the problem and employed a variety of techniques across different frameworks to craft our solution. A key takeaway from this endeavor was mastering the art of data analysis and its strategic utilization to arrive at effective solutions. Collaborating within a team of brilliant minds enlightened me about the nuances of decision-making. Our collective effort approached the project from diverse angles, amalgamating various perspectives into a unified whole.
FUTURE OUTLOOK
Moving forward, our strategic plans include expanding our target audience beyond university students to encompass employees, roommates, partners and others seeking conflict resolution. While we have successfully capitalized on the mobile gaming trend, our aim is to further tap into the growing popularity of tabletop games.
To achieve this, we plan to develop a physical version of Younite, expanding our presence beyond digital platforms. By embracing the trend of tabletop gaming, we will provide an alternative and immersive experience for our players, catering to their diverse preferences and interests.
