Universe aims to enhance the overall student experience, academic success, and well-being.

PROBLEM AREA

How might we solve for the stress that students face while living independently in an unfamiliar place without any resources?
 

SOLUTION

A seasonal hybrid service that enables students to exchange resources and information, we do this by setting up online-offline shops across a college town through graduation-enrollment months and hosting exchange fairs aided by student volunteers.

MY ROLES

Researcher and strategist 
In this project, my main focus was on conducting thorough research to construct a solid conceptual foundation. This concept played a crucial role in framing the business strategy and business model for the proposal, ensuring its viability and success.
